- Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry
Competencies & Attributes Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowing both Sinhala & Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide application support and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers
- Developing strong understanding on the application
- Handle Communication with internal and external clients from ticket opening to full ticket resolution
- Identify areas that requires to be enhanced / additional training
- Co-ordination with various departments for solving the issues time-to-time
